Refund Policy
The Primpin' Cowgirl does not offer refunds for purchases, due to the nature of our product.
Returns:
Returns may be accepted for items that arrive broken or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be reported as broken or damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging.

Return Process:
- Contact The Primpin' Cowgirl within 24 hours of delivery to report the damaged item.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and return label will be sent to you and when we receive the items, your new product will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Please Note:
- This return policy applies only to items that arrive broken or damaged.
- Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, is not covered by this policy.
- This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
