Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is for The Primpin’ Cowgirl and was lasted updated 07-08-2024. 

1. Shipping and Delivery:

• We offer Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for $5.00. 


2. Processing Time:

• Orders will be processed within 8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
• once the order has been been delivered to the carrier, a tracking number will be emailed. 

3. Cancellations:

• After an order has been submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions about cancellation or your order, please reach out. 

4. Returns:

• All sales are final. Returns are not accepted, as we cannot resell nose rings after use.

5. Delayed Orders:

• Delays happen, sometimes at our expense and sometimes at the shipping carrier’s expense. Please be kind, as I am just a person like you. I will always do everything in my power to make sure shipping goes smoothly. With that said, if an order hasn’t updated 2 weeks AFTER the set processing time, customer has an option for a refund. 

6. Damaged Orders: 

• The Primpin’ Cowgirl is not liable for damaged or lost products after placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has been lost or arrived damage, please reach out and we will help file a claim with the shipping provider. 

7. Shipping Restrictions:

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
